When Amy's (Christine Taylor) fiancé Nick (Shane Brolly) nearly dies in a horrific accident, her life suddenly comes unhinged. Events take a truly macabre turn after she tracks his body back to a sinister hospital, and begins seeing strange visions of demons, including a terrifying version of Nick.
