Three years after the initial saga, a United Nations labor team is destroyed by a terrorist group, sending the Special Vehicle Division's Patrol Labor robots into high gear. In 2002, three years after the destruction of that team in Southeast Asia, terrorists threaten to conduct a military takeover of Japan. Now police captains Goto and Nagumo must gather members of the SVD to defend Tokyo against the danger. But to Nagumo's dismay, the invasion is being masterminded by her former teacher and ex-lover Tsuge.
