The complete "Slight Fever Syndrome" series follows the exploits and affairs of Nurse Mizuki, a college nurse whose voluptuous physique and hands-on style of nursing has made her the most sought-after physician on campus. Because of her patented style of medical treatment, she often finds herself falling for her patients. However, she takes this doctor-patient relationship to a new level with Kirishima, a young student. After one particularly hands-on check up, Nurse Mizuki, knowing it could mean her job, takes him back to her room to finish the examination. Spurred on by the sense of danger they feel, the couple decide to step things up and end up inviting a couple of co-eds into bed with them, beginning a sexual roundelay that ends with a lesson that isn't offered in any class at the school.
