Nikolai Rochenko is a Russian ballet dancer who 8 years ago defected to the West. He is in a plane flying over Russia when a malfunction forces the place to land. The KGB releases the information that he has been so badly injured he must remain in Russia for the foreseeable future, when the reality is that they have other plans for him...
