Journey into misadventure as three young martial arts students (Sondi, Brad Bufanda, Joseph Valencia) discover a comic book about the mythical White dragon. When the evil Cobra Kahn (Robert Z'Dar) jumps from the colourful pages into real life the three students turn to their sensual, master jack (Gary Daniels), for help and guidance.
Cobra Khan's gang, led by the bumbling Spike (Richard Rabago), is on the loose and the city's only hope becomes three roller skating heroes in dragon masks. From the school yard to the back yard these Pocket Ninjas are the fiercest fighting force under four feet!
