When fearless all-American cop Nick Ford (Roddy Piper) loses his partner in a wild shoot-out in Seattle’s Chinatown, he vows to track down the vicious killer known only as Tiger. But when Wu Yin (Han Soo Ong), an officer from the People’s Republic of China, is teamed up with Ford as part of an American-Chinese effort to battle the drug trade, there’s only one problem: Ford recognizes Yin from the deadly Chinatown incident.
