From the makers of The Private Eyes comes this knockout family comedy starring the matchless team of Tim Conway and Don Knotts. The story, set in the 1930s, is about a down-and-out boxer mixed up with mobsters and fixed fights. Conway plays Bags, a dim-witted fighter with a perfect record 20 fights, 20 knockouts and 20 losses. When his trainer Shake befriends a ganster involved in the fight game, they unknowingly agree to a series of fixed matches. Not realizing that his victories were all setups, Bags accepts a bout with the defending champ called "The Butcher," ending with a hilarious showdown for the heavyweight championship of the world.
