Kevin Sorbo of HERCULES: THE LEGENDARY JOURNEYS fame stars as Dylan Hunt, captain of the ship Andromeda Ascendant, part of the Systems Commonwealth military. Hunt and his crew become frozen for hundreds of years, and the story begins when a passing ship awakens them. To their dismay, they find that the Commonwealth government has fallen apart and the various member galaxies now exist in utter chaos. In an effort to restore order, the team roams the galaxy and tries to put things right.
