This new FINAL FANTASY series is set in the vast but familiar world of the popular video game and begins as a gateway to another world suddenly opens. At the same time, two monsters appeared and destroyed each other, leaving only a mysterious pillar of darkness as evidence of their existence. 12 years after what came to be known as the Day of Conjunction, two twins whose parents disappeared that day decide to search for them. Hopping on a spectral subway, the two take a ride to a realm known as Wonderland, a fantastic but dangerous place where they hope to solve the mystery of their parents disappearance.
