Fast talking, slow moving Manny Durrell and Dave Anderson are top notch con artists. These thieves have managed to rake it in over the years. But retired police officer Joshua Burke is fed up with these pilfering cads livin' large and showing off. So he blackmails Durrell and Anderson into volunteering at a community youth center for inner city kids. Before they know it, these high class criminals will be baby sitting rough-neck hoods -- an experience they may never forget.
