Psychologist Tony Hill (Robson Green) and detective Carol Jordan (Hermione Norris) take on the case of a strangled young woman. Though the facts of the case seem very similar to a controversial murder that occurred three years prior, Hill cannot pin the crime on the same killer. Can he find the truth before another victim is found?
