Rudy Ray Moore is Tucker Williams, the rapping owner and main attraction of Blueberry Hill Disco. An ex-cop with a penchant for head whacking martial arts, Tucker is called back into action when his nephew gets hooked on Angel Dust. Enlisting the cool sensibilities of his gal Friday Noel, Tucker declares war on Stinger the nation's largest producer of Dust. Attempting to destroy his factory, Tucker finds that Stinger and his goons are as deadly as the drugs they push.
