When rugged frontiersman Adam (Howard Keel) sweeps local beauty, Milly (Jane Powell), off her feet, the whole town is turned upside-down. But no one's more shocked than Milly, who discovers that she's now expected to cook and clean not only for Adam but for his six rowdy brothers too! Well, Milly's no pushover, and soon she has those boisterous boys whipped into "groomhood" and dancing for joy over six brides of their own!
