Ex-cop Jack Cunningham (Armand Assante) is attempting to uncover a drug ring involving some of his former co-workers. When his plan goes awry, however, he's left with the task of protecting Teddy (Douglas Smith), a young boy who knows too much about the activities of the crooked cops.
