This delightful British comedy series presents a look into the life of Hyacinth Bucket (Patricia Routledge)--who insists on "Bucket" being pronounced "Bouquet"--and the prevailing problems she encounters with her family. desperate to climb the social ladder, Hyacinth will stop a nothing to shed her working class background in an attempt to enter into the high-falutin world of the fabulously wealthy. Comedic results abound, with some excellent performances throughout. This release offers Series' 1-5 of the popular show.
