A hefty slice of Van Dammage for fans of the 'Muscles From Brussells'! This time, Jean plays Anthony Stowe a dirty cop, addicted to heroin and with a soon to be ex-wife. His ex-partner, Gabriel Callaghan, is similarily bogged down in a bad scene and takes the reigns of a local crime gang. When Stowe is shot in the head at the behest of Callaghan, he falls into a coma only to awaken with a burning desire for vengeance.
