A Place Where Dreams Happen
Five-year-old Desi is facing the biggest loss of her young life. Rhonda, Desi's mother, is worried and doesn't know how to cheer up her little girl. When Desi gets a balloon as a present, she writes a letter to her Dad and hopes the balloon will take the letter to heaven. Miles away in the small town of Mermaid, Wade MacKinnon finds Desi's balloon and letter. After reading the letter, Wade and his family decide to answer it.
