Jeffrey and Philip have been best friends since childhood. In fact, they never really left childhood behind. Hating the thought of work, this aimless duo passes the days dreaming up outlandish pranks in their suburban trailer park. And they never miss their favorite TV soap, "Sons of Surf." When they catch wind that the show and its beautiful star may be cancelled and lost forever, the pair embarks on a ridiculous scheme to save what's most important.
