Near the end of WWII, a super secret Japanese sub named Ra has a fatal encounter with its American twin, and both subs are lost. Fifty years later, the Ra reappears when mysterious and deadly objects begin showing up in Antarctica. However, even the power of the Ra may not be able to combat the race that left those artifacts behind.
