After she is killed in a car accident, Mai (Hiroko Shimabukuro) makes a miraculous recovery. After years of research, her father uses a controversial new technology to record her memory on a micro chip. An evil group of corporate executives want this technology, and Mai, all to themselves. Her father protects Mai by uploading her onto her former boyfriend's laptop, but now the bad guys are after him (and her friends) too.
