On a dark Halloween night, five complete strangers are assembled to participate in a most unusual contest in which the winner can pocket up to five million dollars, that is if he or she makes it through the night alive. Millionaire Amusement Park mogul Steven Price has just completed renovations on a former insane asylum, in which the head doctor conducted the most heinous and cruel experiments on his patients, and then burned the building down after his horrible secret was discovered.



As the night wears on, the five guests, including Price and his extremely unhappy wife (Famke Janssen), begin to disappear into the house - literally. Soon the prospect of becoming a millionaire doesn't seem as important as living to see daylight...
