After learning the about the murder of his brother Kelly returns to Los Angeles. However, he has an unwelcome return: the cops call him a punk and even his own mother will not trust him, due to his previous inclinations to robbery. To find his brother's killer he enlists the help of two girlfriends and vows not to rest until he is brought to justice.
