When these guys hit the streets...guess what hits the fan?
Adam Baldwin stars as a young Southerner who travels to Washington, DC to seek his fortune. Upon arrival he takes a job as a cabbie at a rundown taxi company run by his father's old war buddy. In this new position he meets some very unusual characters, played by guys like Mr. T, The Barbarian Brothers, Bill Maher, Paul Rodriguez and Charlie Barnett, and gets embroiled in a kidnapping plot.
