Sean Bean returns as British Officer Richard Sharpe in the battle of his life!
Sharpe's Mission (1996): The struggle between France and Britain is entering its final stages with Wellington having taken one step over te Pyrenees. Napoleon needs to know where he will take the second and so British officer Richard Sharpe joins Colonel Brand to travel behind enemy lines to blow up a French gunpowder magazine.
Sharpe becomes suspicious of Colonel Brand's loyalty and with the French moving closer, he knows he must risk his own life to confront the enemy. Meanwhile, alone in the camp and frustrated by her husband's absence, Jane seeks solace in the company of another man...
Sharpe's Waterloo (1997): Based on the novel by Bernard Cornwell, "Sharpe's Waterloo" finds life seeming to have settled down for British officer Richard Sharpe (Sean Bean) as he enjoys a much-deserved rest at a French chateau with his new love, Lucille. However, the news of Napoleon's return from exile drives Sharpe back to the army for his last fight against the French, in June of 1815.
Sharpe is assigned to the Prince of Orange's staff, and is rejoined with Sgt. Harper (retired) and riflemen Hagman and Harris at the famous battles of Quatre Bras and Waterloo. Not only must Sharpe deal with incompetent orders from the Prince of Orange, that lead to slaughter, he confronts his wife's lover, Lord Rossendale, in the midst of battle. It is here that Wellington's small army must 'hold the line' against Napolean's veteran Imperial Guard...
Sharpe's Revenge (1997): The war may be over for Britain and its allies, but Sharpe, set up by long-time enemy, Ducos, finds himself accused of stealing Napoleon's treasure. Abandoned by his wife and convicted of the crime, Sharpe is sent to prison. Breaking out of jail, Sharpe goes in search of truth and vengeance on a perilous journey across post-war France.
Sharpe's Justice (1997): Sharpe is back in England with his reputation fully restored. Ordered to the north where he is to command the local militia in a troubled town, it is here that Sharpe faces an agonizing decision - whether to side with the town's corrupt gentry to preserve his professional standing or to support his own kind, the rough and tough of the world who are abused by their superiors...
