In this two-part episode, Diego, Alicia, Dora and Baby Jaguar are visiting a dinosaur museum when Alicia tells them a story about a Maiasaura who got lost from her dinosaur family herd. To help the lost Maiasaura get back to her family, it's gonna take an animal rescuer, a great explorer and a dinosaur expert! Diego, Dora, Alicia, and even Baby Jaguar are ready for the challenge! The four jump back in time to the Cretaceous Period to help Maia the Maiasaura. Dora checks her Map to find out that Maia's family is at Egg Island, where they've gone to lay their dinosaur eggs! Riding high atop Maia, the foursome set off on their epic journey to bring Maia home, through the muddy mud pits, over the rocky rock cliff, past the rumbling volcano and finally to Egg Island. It's a dinosaur family reunion as we watch the baby dinosaur eggs hatch!
