In the near future, in the Asian city-state of Sintawan, the identities of all human beings are recorded in the complex world known as the Cyberlink. The use of illegal, simulated identity implants (SIMS) is the only way around this vast database, and a common practice for criminals looking to hide their identities. Dash MacKenzie a young bounty hunter who makes her living tracking SIMS, finds herself on the run after she uncovers a diabolical "game" set in motion by several elite corporate leaders. As she races against the clock to save not only her own life but the lives of everyone in the city, she soon discovers that she is no longer the hunter - but the hunted!
