The plague of the living dead continues. When Matthew Michaels arrives in a rural town in Pennsylvania to fulfill his father's wishes of developing a small, seemingly innocent piece of land, it marks the beginning of a horrifying phenomenon. The land is an old cemetery and those buried there are awakened and begin to walk the earth once again.



Now, the hunt is on, as the living dead stalk their prey, arising from the shadows and terrorizing and killing the townspeople. And with the taste of human flesh in their mouths, the hunger of the deadly zombies intensifies.
