While on a road trip, slackers Bud and Doyle happen upon the opening ceremonies for the Bio-Dome. This environmental facility is controlled by five scientists, who will be hermetically sealed in it for a year. But before you can say "dumb and dumber," the two dolts, mistaking the Bio-Dome for a shopping mall, end up trapped inside with the researchers. Like bulls in a china shop, these simpletons create havoc every step of the way, annoying their brainy counterparts with crass humor and wild, destructive antics. Can the Bio-Dome be saved before Bud and Doyle completely demolish it?
