Aristocrat Gaming’s gaming tech wing Anaxi announced its digital wallet technology is now available to all US casino operators.
The widespread compatibility eliminates hang-ups casinos may have faced between their apps and Anaxi’s wallet platform. Anaxi Global SVP of Product and Development Charles Hiten said in an emailed press release to PlayUSA:
“We’ve been working hard to create open platform solutions to enable operators to seamlessly integrate Anaxi’s solutions such as the Digital Wallet with other products in their portfolio. We’re eager to see it transform the way players finance their casino experiences and is in line with our vision of ‘One player, one experience’.”
The announcement came from Anaxi’s Customer Experience Solutions wing, which oversees products such as digital wallets.
Anaxi’s universal digital wallet availability offers three benefits
Digital wallet apps are an important part of a casino’s customer retention plan. Offering a seamless way to deposit and withdraw money makes customers happy, and happy customers tend to be repeat customers.
Anaxi’s announcement that its digital wallet can be used by any casino with an app allows the company to bring three key benefits such as:
- Casinos can now use the digital wallet whether or not they partnered with Anaxi to build and manage their app.
- Financing options for players looking for extended funding
- Insight into a player’s funding and gaming patterns, allowing casinos to make responsible gambling decisions about financing.
In addition to its digital wallet offering, Anaxi also provides casinos with online casino titles.
Anaxi grows US market share with BetMGM and Caesars online casino deals
Back in October, Aristocrat’s real-money gaming division underwent a rebrand. The result was Anaxi, and the goal was to “build and buy” its way to prominence.
Within a few months, the company was making significant strides in the US. In February, Anaxi announced a deal with BetMGM Casino. Through the deal, Anaxi provided online casino games to BetMGM in four states: Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
Then, a month later, Anaxi joined forces with Caesars Casino to provide online casino titles in the same four states.
The BetMGM and Caesars deals were particularly significant because these states are the biggest online gambling markets in the country, generating more than $400 million in revenue each month.
