  • The company renovated 120,000 square feet of office space in Denver and will focus on growing brand awareness within the US online gambling market.
  • The project aims to bring significant investment and jobs to the area, as well as reinforce Denver’s position as a key player in the global market.

Bet365 to bring nearly 1,000 jobs to the Denver community

Currently, bet365 has about 50 employees and plans to hire more than 300 employees within the first year in Colorado. Gov. Polis said in the release:

“We are thrilled to welcome bet365 and nearly 1,000 jobs to Colorado and congratulate them on the grand opening of their new US headquarters here. bet365 will create nearly 1,000 new good-paying jobs and as many as 300 this year that will help Coloradans earn a good living and support their families.

“We are confident they will quickly find that our great state is the best place to live, work and do business.”

The new US corporate headquarters will be located at One Platte, or 1701 Platte Street, Denver.

Positions within the new headquarters will include:

  • Customer service operations
  • Trading
  • Software development and technology

Additional openings involve marketing, legal, finance, facilities, human resources and recruitment.

Bet365 employs more than 7,000 people worldwide, including one additional office in New Jersey. The Garden State is essential to the company as it is one of the most mature and lucrative online gambling markets.

As of this summer, the operator is also live in Pennsylvania, where bet365 launched its PA online casino and sportsbook.

Bet365 project reinforces Denver as key player in global market

The Colorado Economic Development Commission gave the green light to up to $14.056 million in a performance-based job growth incentive tax credit for the company over eight years.

These inducements depend on bet365 meeting net new job creation and salary obligations.

Newmark Executive Managing Director Andrew Blaustein and Newmark’s Economic Incentives Advisory team secured the tax incentives from OEDIT on behalf of bet365 Casino and Sportsbook. Blaustein said: “Securing bet365’s US headquarters in Denver is a testament to the strength of our collaborative efforts and the appeal of Denver as a leading business destination.”

Blaustein represented bet365 in leasing the space in collaboration with Knight Frank. Blaustein emphasized, “By aligning Newmark’s full-service capabilities with the city’s vibrant economic landscape, we were able to identify the perfect location to support bet365’s ambitious growth plans.”

“This project not only brings significant investment and jobs to the area but also reinforces Denver’s position as a key player in the global market.”

Bet365 has 120,000 square feet at One Platte, spreading across two full floors within the five-story office building located between downtown Denver and the Highlands neighborhood.

Before the opening, the company finalized a renovation of the space to support its operational efficiencies and employment targets.
