Circa Sports recently announced the return of its Ultimate Contest Weekend this August. Events during the weekend will take place at both Circa Resort and Casino and The D in downtown Las Vegas.
The event is a celebration for those entering the Circa Million and Circa Survivor contests. It’s also a good excuse to visit Las Vegas for those who want to enter the contests before the NFL season begins on Sept. 7.
Circa notes that there will be proxy services on hand to help those from outside of Nevada register for the contests.
This year’s total guaranteed prize money between the two pro football contests is $14 million. Circa Million has a $6 million guarantee in prizes. The prize pool for Circa Survivor is $8 million.
The prize money could be higher if there are more than $6 million or $8 million in entry fees for the respective contests.
What to expect at Circa Sports’ Ultimate Contest Weekend
Ultimate Contest Weekend is a combination of learning and partying for sports fans and bettors participating in one or both of the football contests.
Most events are reserved for those signed up for the Circa Sports contests. There’s one event free and open to the public regardless of contest entries.
Day 1 events: Thursday, Aug. 24
Events begin with a pop-up radio row in Circa’s Galaxy Ballroom from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Numerous broadcasters will be reporting live with predictions for the upcoming pro football season.
Later that evening there will be a welcome reception with an open bar at Bar Canada inside The D Las Vegas from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This event will feature a meet & greet with Circa Sports CEO Derek Stevens. There will be numerous Circa Million and Circa Survivor winners from previous years on hand.
Day 2 events: Friday, Aug. 25
The weekend activities shift back to Circa Resort. Guests can enjoy an open bar at Stadium Swim from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. They’ll be able to hang out with media personalities when they’re not broadcasting from the pop-up radio row in the Galaxy Ballroom.
Day 3 event: Saturday, Aug. 26
The highlight of the final day of Ultimate Contest Weekend is the fourth annual “Circa Football Preview.” The panel will be hosted by Circa’s Mike Palm in the Galaxy Ballroom from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
This panel will feature sports betting experts and personalities to provide insight into the upcoming 2023-2024 pro football season, the two contests, and more. This is free and open to the public. Panel participants will be named at a later date.

More sports betting events this August at Circa Las Vegas
The Ultimate Contest Weekend isn’t the only gathering of sports fans and bettors at Circa and The D before the NFL season kicks off. A couple of weeks earlier, Bet Bash will take place at both casinos from Aug. 8-11.
This is another event to mix, mingle, learn, and party with other sports bettors. Additionally, the first inductions into the Sports Betting Hall Of Fame will take at Circa place on Aug. 11.
