Games Global, Online Casino Games Developer Plugs NYSE IPO

A provider to the online casino market, Games Global Limited, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch an initial public offering (IPO) of its ordinary shares.

Games Global plans to go public and list its shares on the renowned New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), where it will trade under the ticker name “GGL.”

Although, at the time of this writing, the specifics, such as the offering’s timing, the number of shares in the offering and price range, are not final yet.
