A provider to the online casino market, Games Global Limited, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch an initial public offering (IPO) of its ordinary shares.

Games Global plans to go public and list its shares on the renowned New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), where it will trade under the ticker name “GGL.”

Although, at the time of this writing, the specifics, such as the offering’s timing, the number of shares in the offering and price range, are not final yet.

Games Global isn’t the only iGaming company with interest in a NYSE listing this year. In January, Flutter listed its ordinary shares on the NYSE under the ticker symbol FLUT.

Key takeaways:

  • Games Global will list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) through an IPO.
  • Morgan, Jefferies, and Macquarie Capital, along with Barclays, will manage the offering. There is also compliance with SEC regulations, with a pending registration statement awaiting approval.
  • Interested investors can obtain preliminary prospectus copies from designated locations provided by the offering’s facilitators.

Key players and regulatory compliance in focus before Games Global IPO

In the upcoming offering, J.P. Morgan, Jefferies, and Macquarie Capital have teamed up as joint book-running managers alongside Barclays, which will act as the book runner.

This offering will be conducted through a prospectus, a document that furnishes prospective investors with comprehensive insights into the company and the proposed offer.

Although a registration statement has been submitted to the SEC, it is pending effectiveness. Hence, the securities cannot be sold, and purchase offers cannot be accepted until the registration statement gains approval.

Only a prospectus will be used for the proposed offering. Copies of the preliminary prospectus relating to the offering will be available to interested parties at the locations listed below:

  • Morgan Securities LLC, c/o Broadridge Financial Solutions, 1155 Long Island Avenue, Edgewood, NY 11717. Contact by telephone at (866) 803-9204, or by email at [email protected]
