Kindred Group has received final approval for its gaming platform from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE). The gaming company said the approval is a significant step towards rolling out its platform across North America.
According to Kindred’s press release, the roll-out will improve flexibility and performance through a “richer set of analytics and data.” The Kindred platform should go live across New Jersey online casinos in mid-May.
Improving user experience for online casino players in New Jersey
Kindred brands are famous for offering a wide variety of online casino games. These include:
- Online slots
- Table games
- Poker
- Sports betting products
New Jersey online casino players will soon be able to access Kindred’s Unibet platform. Once available, the product will offer Unibet players in the Garden State tailored products and content with broader options and offerings.
Kindred emphasized the platform will also cater to the company’s safer gambling approach, following local needs and requirements.
Henrik Tjärnström, CEO of Kindred Group, said via release:
“I am very pleased that we are now able to launch our own Kindred platform in New Jersey, and I am immensely proud of everybody at Kindred who has made this possible. Introducing the Kindred platform to our customers in New Jersey will provide the entertainment and experience enjoyed by our customers in Europe.
We are now finally able to show off our true Unibet product. I also want to thank the NJDGE for a professional collaboration during the approval process.”
Pennsylvania will be next to launch Kindred’s online gambling platform
Kindred expects to continue the platform roll-out in Pennsylvania during the second quarter of 2023.
Previously Unibet Group, Kindred Group has offered its sportsbook and online casino products in the Keystone State since November 2019. Pennsylvania was Kindred’s second state in the US.
The company first launched an online casino and sportsbook in New Jersey in affiliation with Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. The Pennsylvania roll-out came only weeks after the Kindred Group launched Unibet Sportsbook at Mohegan Sun Pocono.
