Some of the New Jersey online casinos used the Easter holiday and tax filing day as an excuse to offer you special bonuses. But now that both days are behind us, don’t think for one moment that your favorite places to play online are going to let up with their offers.

In case you haven’t noticed, the online casinos are making you think twice about taking full advantage of the latest wave of balmy spring weather. Instead, they are tempting you with a myriad of reasons to skip the long walks outdoors and simply stay put and play. And the latest online casino to report a full blown outbreak of Spring Fever is Harrah’s.

What’s really cool about the Spring Fever promotion at is that it’s not a blink and it’s gone one or two day deal, but a week long celebration, including a new surprise offer every day! So, even if you missed the first couple of days (the promotion started April 16), don’t fret because the daily surprises continue through Saturday, April 22.

Each day during the promotional period, as soon as you log into your account, the details of that day’s bonus offer will be revealed. Keep in mind that the offer is for that one day only, as the following day, a new offer will pop up in its place. As with all casino promotions, before opting in, it is most important to read all of the terms and conditions carefully.

After Sunday, this promotion will be history. So for now, we’ll just have to wait and see what comes up with next.

Lately, a lot of mystery promotions have been showing up at New Jersey online casinos. How do you feel about them? Are you drawn in by the excitement of the surprise element or do you prefer knowing ahead of time exactly what the offer will be?

I think the mystery promotions are a great way to entice players to login every day. Whether the bonuses are good or not, that remains something of an open question. If I log in and see the site is only offering $1, I might not be so inclined to log in the next day.

If it’s offering something like a 50% match up to $50 or even $25, with a reasonable wagering requirement, or even multiplied Total Rewards point earn rates, than different story.
