Senator Lesniak just revealed that he’s working on a bill that would allow states to share player pools with other countries that have regulated sports betting. This move seems politically motivated and a longshot to actually happen. Right now there are only two states even allow that kind of gambling. (Nevada, and Delaware). Also, you have to take into consideration that New Jersey hasn’t even been able to pass its own sports betting laws. The sauce of this info says that Lesniak made this announcement shortly after Christie wrote a letter to AG Sessions asking him not to take states rights away relating to online gambling. Questions, comments, concerns?
