Online Sports Betting ZingSports Partners With SB22

Dallas-based software development firm SB22 announced a partnership with ZingSports, a Puerto Rico sportsbook. The partnership will bring a variety of account management tools and online sports betting options for players, pending regulatory approval.

SB22 Chief Commercial Officer Vik Shrestha stated:

“We are excited to join forces with ZingSports and bring our cutting-edge technology to the Puerto Rican market. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for sports betting fans in the region.”

The Puerto Rican market is tough with Caesars, BetMGM, and DraftKings already operating there.

SB22 brings a comprehensive online sports betting experience to ZingSports

SB22’s services are wide-ranging, and ZingSports plans to take full advantage of them. A few of the features that SB22 will provide include:

  • Free-to-play sports betting
  • Real-money sports betting
  • Player account management
  • Promotions powered by AI
  • In-play gambling and player props
  • Bets on all major sports, including basketball, baseball, and football

SB22 COO Vladminir Jovanovic said the partnership between the two companies is a great fit. ZingSports approaches customer acquisition and engagement creatively, he said.

ZingSports CEO Jerry Foley said the SB22 partnership will help the company keep customers engaged.

“We are thrilled to partner with SB22 and launch a modern and differentiated sports betting offering in Puerto Rico,” Foley said. “This partnership will allow us to bring our customers the most engaging sports betting experience in the market.”

SB22 is making moves, hired FanDuel VP

The ZingSports news aside, SB22 has hit many milestones over the past few months. In October, it achieved GLI-33 certification for US sports betting and it developed the industry’s first Apple Watch gambling app.

The following month, the company announced a partnership that allowed it to offer a free-to-play sports betting app in Japan. And, earlier this month, it announced the hiring of former FanDuel VP Keith Wall as a strategic advisor. Wall stated:

“Despite being a relative newcomer, SB22 has already established itself as one of the most innovative sports betting companies anywhere, with multiple industry-first solutions. I’m really looking forward to being a part of such a seasoned group of talented people who are clearly taking SB22 to major player status in this dynamic industry.”

The company has yet to launch a sportsbook with a sports betting operator in the US. However, considering the moves the company has made over the past six months, it’s likely SB22 will enter the US market by the end of the year.
