Caesars Sportsbook and Casino New Jersey’s online gaming portfolio just got a little bigger.
The NJ online casino has inked a deal with iGaming provider Digital Gaming Corporation (DGC) that allows the company to offer DGC games in the lucrative New Jersey market.
DGC CCO Neill Whyte said the company is “delighted” to be working with Caesars.
“Our games have consistently proved popular in the United States because we make sure we’re delivering the kind of content that players in that region want and we’re eager to show Caesars customers all our top-quality content,” Whyte said in a post by European Gaming.
DGC noted that it plans to launch in Caesars’ Michigan and Pennsylvania markets sometime between July and September.
What DGC brings to the table
DGC is a US-based firm with offices in Florida and New Jersey. The company is a member of the National Council on Problem Gambling and has a partnership with Betway to offer sports betting in the US market.
The company’s flagship product is its library of casino games. DGC focuses on building titles with top-notch graphics and sound effects.
Now that DGC works with Caesars, it can offer its titles through the Caesars platform in New Jersey. The idea behind the partnership is that DGC’s online casino games will draw more customers to Caesars’ online casino, giving the company a bigger chunk of handle and revenue in the NJ online gambling market.
Some of DGC’s more popular titles include:
- Squealin’ Riches: A five-reel, four-row game themed around a golden pig
- Assassin Moon: A five-reel, four-row game that has a female assassin as its main character
- Blazing Mammoth: A five-reel, three-row mammoth-themed game set in snowscapes at sunset
- Thunderstruck Wild Lightning: A visually stunning game that takes players on a journey with Thor, who is on a mission to retrieve a set of valuable stones
How Caesars online casino will benefit from new Digital Gaming titles
According to its Q1 letter to shareholders, Caesars Entertainment has a 26% share of the US online casino market, making it the biggest player in the space.
Signing deals with companies like DGC helps the company stay ahead of the competition, especially in New Jersey where Caesars is locked in a battle with Golden Nugget and Resorts for the state’s top iGaming revenue generator.
Caesars Digital online gambling Senior Vice President Matt Sunderland said in the European Gaming post:
“DGC’s impressive and award-winning portfolio of premium games will deliver engaging and entertaining experiences for our players. We’re excited to launch these titles on Caesars Sportsbook and Casino in New Jersey and look forward to bringing them to customers in even more states.”
