Delaware online casinos are heating up as B2B gaming provider Evolution partnered with Rush Street Interactive to bring its popular live dealer games to BetRivers Casino.
Rush Street’s CEO Richard Schwartz expressed confidence that Delaware players will embrace the new live casino offerings. In an Evolution news release, Schwartz said: “BetRivers in Delaware is thrilled to offer players the chance to virtually play on Evolution’s world-renowned live tables.

This partnership builds upon an existing collaboration between Evolution and Rush Street, which began in March 2024.
Evolution previously established a presence in Delaware by offering online slots from its subsidiary studios (NetEnt, Red Tiger, and Big Time Gaming) through the BetRivers platform. Hence, this expansion into live dealer games in Delaware marks Evolution’s sixth jurisdiction in the US online casinos market.

Despite the positive developments in Delaware’s online casino market, a proposed expansion of online sports betting won’t be moving forward soon. House Bill 365, which aimed to introduce multiple sports betting operators to the state, failed to pass before the recent legislative session concluded.
