Live casino and B2B solutions provider Evolution announced a new partnership with Rush Street Interactive (RSI), marking its debut in the Delaware online casino market.
Evolution’s entry into the First State stands as its sixth jurisdiction in legal US online casino markets. The operator also started the year with a bang by jumping on a partnership with Caesars last month for a new live dealer studio launch in Atlantic City.
In a press statement, Evolution Chief Executive Officer for North America Jacob Claesson said it is a great achievement to launch its offerings in Delaware alongside one of the most highly recognized iGaming brands in the US, BetRivers:
“Going live in Delaware is a great milestone for Evolution. It is our sixth US state and further solidifies our place as the market leader in online gaming. We are excited to partner with Rush Street Interactive, one of the most respected online gaming companies in the US, to bring online games to BetRivers players in Delaware.”
What should Delaware online casino players expect from Evolution?
According to the terms of the agreement, Evolution is set to provide content to the Delaware Lottery as well as its three online casinos, namely:
- Delaware Park Casino & Raceway
- Bally’s Dover Casino Resort
- Harrington Raceway & Casino
The BetRivers Casino multi-state app provides access to the Delaware Park Casino & Raceway and Harrington Raceway & Casino, whereas gamers can also access Evolution’s content through Bally’s standalone app. Thus, this initiative aims to broaden the range of gaming options available to local players, enhancing their overall gaming experience.
Following the deal, Evolution will seamlessly incorporate its content into the BetRivers online casino in Delaware. This integration includes a selection of online slots from Evolution’s portfolio, featuring popular brands like:
- NetEnt
- Red Tiger
- Big Time Gaming
Richard Schwartz, chief executive officer for Rush Street Interactive (NYSE: RSI), added that the company will continue to expand its offerings to further cater to its customers with varied options and exclusivity.

Evolution has an exceptional portfolio of online slots, and we know that our players in Delaware will enjoy what Evolution has to offer now and in the future.”
Another iGaming operator to recently enter Delaware is White Hat Studios, also through a partnership with Rush Street Interactive’s flagship brand, BetRivers Casino.
Meanwhile, in 2024 revenue updates, the First State achieved a significant milestone by surpassing its revenue figures from February 2022 by 71%. This increase can be directly attributed to the introduction of a remodified product in collaboration with Rush Street Interactive.
This isn’t the only win for the state, as there was a significant increase in handles last month, totaling $13.8 million, despite the month having fewer days.
