Hacksaw Gaming, an online gaming operator headquartered in Malta, has recently received regulatory approval to operate in New Jersey. This development underscores a strategic initiative to broaden its presence within the highly competitive US gambling industry.
It also marks the company’s second launch in the country.
The agreement states that Hacksaw Gaming will offer its services in New Jersey beginning in the latter part of the fourth quarter.
Hacksaw’s initial debut in the US and its international reach
The online gaming operator successfully entered the United States gaming market by obtaining a provisional license in West Virginia in November 2022. In August of this year, it solidified its US presence by securing a partnership deal with Rush Street Interactive in the Mountain State.
The triumph in West Virginia prompted the operator to swiftly expand its operations to New Jersey.
In an official press release from Hacksaw Gaming, the Chief Executive Officer, Marcus Cordes expressed his optimism for the company’s expansion strategy. Cordes emphasized the significance of securing an operator’s license in New Jersey, highlighting the company’s commitment to establishing a strong foothold in a dynamic and evolving US market:
“Hacksaw is unstoppable in its ventures. We are ecstatic to see the rate at which we are broadening our horizons and the headway we are making in getting the recognition our content deserves. There is no doubt that Hacksaw will thrive in the US.”
However, Hacksaw Gaming’s ambitions extend beyond the borders of the United States.
In a recent development, the company entered into a partnership with High Flyer Casino in Ontario. This collaboration allows High Flyer Casino to feature popular Hacksaw Gaming titles such as “Wanted Dead or Wild” and “Hand of Anubis” in its casino offerings.
Furthermore, Hacksaw Gaming broadened its international reach by forming a collaboration with Eurobet Italy in October. Through this strategic alliance, Hacksaw Gaming successfully introduced its titles, including “Dork Unit,” to the Italian gaming market.
