Hacksaw Gaming has recently entered the thriving New Jersey online gaming market, which stands as one of the oldest and most established in the United States. The online gaming operator, in collaboration with Rush Street Interactive and BetRivers Casino, has announced a successful launch.
This venture is a significant milestone for Hacksaw Gaming, marking its second foray into the US. In November 2023, Hacksaw Gaming received approval to operate in New Jersey.
Hence, it took about six weeks to prepare for the new market and competition it will face in the online casino hub. In a company news release, Hacksaw Gaming Chief Executive Officer Marcus Cordes said of the Jan. 18 launch:
“We are delighted to announce another successful launch with Rush Street Interactive. Securing New Jersey, a highly significant jurisdiction and pioneer on the American iGaming front, should add to the already proved insightful and triumphant venture.”
What should New Jersey players expect from Hacksaw Gaming?
The Malta-based operator has a long list of games to bring New Jersey online casino players. Titles going live include:

- Stack’em
Hacksaw assures customers that following the initial release, a diverse array of additional titles will be introduced. These new releases will be showcased on the BetRivers Casino app and website in the following months.
Players can anticipate enticing incentives such as loyalty programs and bonuses to further enhance their gaming experience.

Hacksaw and Rush Street capitalize on a prior relationship
In August 2023, Hacksaw Gaming made its debut on American soil. The move materialized through a collaboration with BetRivers Casino in West Virginia and facilitated by Light & Wonder. Although Hacksaw Gaming secured its license in November 2022.
The success of Hacksaw Gaming’s pioneering partnership in West Virginia laid the foundation for the New Jersey debut. This expansion marked Hacksaw Gaming’s fourth overall jurisdiction, underscoring its commitment to establishing a strong presence in North America.
In 2023, the company entered regions where the iGaming sector was experiencing consistent growth. The journey commenced with the Mexican market, followed by expansions into Ontario and West Virginia.
In other news, online casinos in New Jersey saw December 2023 revenue reach an unprecedented $180.3 million, marking the first time in the state’s history that it surpassed the $180 million benchmark.
