Lottery games producer Scientific Games has extended its partnership with the Louisiana Lottery to be its primary scratch-off games provider.
Louisiana Lottery President and CEO Rose Hudson in a news release spoke of the partnership pros, highlighting that the proceeds of the scratch-offs are used to aid public education:
“This has been a collaborative partnership to responsibly grow our scratch-off products for the benefit of K–12 public education in Louisiana.
In the past several years, we have worked with Scientific Games to look at the full portfolio of games and adjust the game mechanics that build better games with more variety for our players.”
Louisiana Lottery added a scratch-off game to its offering in 1991, although both parties only started their partnership in 2004.
