On Thursday, Lotto.com, an online lottery platform, officially launched in Nebraska, marking its ninth state in the US.

In a Lotto.com press release, the Chief Executive Officer of Lotto.com Inc. Thomas Metzger shared his delight at the company’s entrance into the Cornhusker State. Having replicated success in other neighboring states, they are confident that Nebraskans are up for a thrill with their offerings.

“Building on our success in neighboring Colorado with both draw and scratch games, we are committed to enhancing the accessibility and convenience of the lottery. We want to serve Nebraskans everywhere they are, from the panhandle to the sandhills and all across the state. We look forward to bringing the thrill of Lotto.com and incremental funds to the Cornhusker State!”

What online lottery games can Nebraskans expect at Lotto.com?

Lotto.com is also the first online platform in the entire country to deliver offerings like draw games and scratch tickets digitally. Some of the popular US online lottery games that residents of the state should expect include:

  • Powerball
  • Mega Millions

With “Winever” TM, a first-of-its-kind service, Lotto.com pioneers the market with a new digital scratch ticket experience. Customers may now easily buy and play original state lottery scratch tickets straight from their computer, laptop, or favorite mobile device owing to this innovation.

“I am so excited to bring Lotto.com to my home state of Nebraska. We are honored to be providing Nebraskans with a convenient way to order their favorite official state lottery tickets, and we look forward to celebrating future wins,” said Rob Porter, general counsel of Lotto.com Inc.

Lotto.com takes up space in the US

Lotto.com boasts a customer base of about 1.8 million patrons who are currently benefiting from digital access and features of its official online lottery games. While the operator still has plans to take on other terrain in the nation, some of the other states where the lottery platform has made an entrance include:

  • Colorado
  • Arkansas
  • Oregon
  • New York
  • Ohio
  • New Jersey
  • Minnesota
  • Texas

When it came to Nebraska, the lottery operator’s entrance was quite seamless, as the state is very open to operators who will help maximize their revenue. The state allocates the tax revenue generated to support educational programs, environmental initiatives, and other state-related areas.

Since its inception in 1993, the Nebraska State Lottery has generated close to $1 billion for its beneficiaries.

Lotto.com, on the other hand, has been responsible for generating additional funds for various state-run programs, including but not limited to education, park maintenance, support for emergency responders, healthcare for veterans, and other essential services.

The operator has made a significant impact by channeling almost $80 million to state-funded lottery programs. Furthermore, it has produced six millionaires through state-run games, and the biggest-ever digital scratch ticket win was achieved by a lucky Colorado customer who secured a historic victory with a $3 million jackpot.

In honor of the Nebraska launch, Lotto.com is inviting customers to join in the festivities by paying a visit to the local retailer and Lotto.com partner, Players Cafe, which is situated at 619 North 114th St., Omaha, NE 68154.
