The New Hampshire Lottery is ready for an online overhaul.

This week, the lottery announced a seven-year exclusive partnership with Tel Aviv-based NeoGames that will include a new lottery website. Until now, NeoGames partnered with lottery specialist Pollard Banknote to run New Hampshire’s iLottery but, under the terms of the new contract, NeoGames will work alone.

In a press release, NeoGames iLottery Managing Director Chris Shaban said the company is “thrilled” to get the exclusive contract:

“We are thrilled to be selected by the New Hampshire Lottery as its provider for a complete iLottery solution, helping to reinforce its reputation as one of the leading lotteries in North America. With our industry-leading technology solutions, games and services, we look forward to continuing our strong partnership and playing a key role in the growth of the lottery’s online program into the next decade.”

PlayUSA reached out to NeoGames for comment about the NH Lottery contract but did not receive a response.

Key takeaways

  • The New Hampshire Lottery signed NeoGames to a seven-year iLottery contract.
  • NeoGames will provide the NH Lottery with a new iLottery website and app.
  • Gaming giant Aristocrat Leisure acquired NeoGames in April.

NeoGames to overhaul NH Lottery online assets

With its exclusive partnership in hand, NeoGames now has a lot of work to do over the next year. The company is now responsible for launching a new NH Lottery website, app, and player loyalty program. Additionally, NeoGames will be responsible for marketing the iLottery program.

While NeoGames will enter this new era of the NH Lottery as the exclusive provider of the state’s online lottery platform, it will work with digital gaming specialist Gambyt to create its new loyalty program.

In addition to launching new online platforms and marketing the NH Lottery, NeoGames will integrate its customer engagement technology, NeoEngage, into the lottery’s operations.

While the work ahead for NeoGames is substantial, New Hampshire Lottery Executive Director Charlie McIntyre believes the company can execute:

“We are pleased to continue our journey with NeoGames, a proven iLottery industry leader who has been a strong ally and an important technology and strategic partner as we have grown.

This new contract further establishes our goal of enhancing our digital offering to be personalized and cater to the ever-evolving iLottery marketplace and the needs of our players.”

NeoGames has backing of gaming industry giant

In 2023, global gaming leader Aristocrat Leisure announced it would acquire NeoGames for nearly $1 billion. This past April, NeoGames shareholders voted to approve the acquisition.

On April 26, Aristocrat announced the acquisition was complete.

So, while NeoGames shed partner Pollard Bankroll, it has gained support from an experienced gaming operator. Between its experience in the US iLottery market and the resources available from Aristocrat, NeoGames seems equipped for success in New Hampshire.
