The line between retail and online casino gaming continues to narrow as suppliers bring some of their most successful casino-floor products to digital players.
AGS, a global gaming supplier, has taken one of its biggest table game innovations beyond brick-and-mortar casinos, introducing its Bonus Spin Xtreme progressive platform for real-money online play through an exclusive partnership with BetRivers Casino.
The release extends one of AGS’ best-known land-based table game features into the online market and marks another step in the effort by gaming suppliers and operators to recreate shared jackpot experiences in regulated online casinos.
Five exclusive online casino games debut with new feature
AGS announced that Bonus Spin Xtreme, commonly known as BSX, is now available for real-money online play exclusively through Rush Street Interactive‘s BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse brands, with exclusivity running through the end of 2026.
Eligible players can access the games in Michigan, New Jersey, Delaware, and West Virginia, as well as the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Alberta.
The debut marks the first time AGS’s progressive platform has been offered for real-money online table games. According to AGS, it is also the industry’s first online table game progressive to use a concentric wheel design that mirrors the land-based experience.
The initial release includes five table games:
- America’s Blackjack
- Blackjack Double Deck
- Blackjack Side Bets
- Blackjack Single Deck (2026 EKG Award winner)
- War
Several of the online blackjack titles feature multiple side bets that can trigger a progressive wheel spin, giving players the chance to win multiplied prizes or unlock the Power Up wheel for a shot at one of two jackpots.
Proven progressive jackpot engine now online at BetRivers
Bonus Spin Xtreme first appeared in land-based casinos in 2020 and has since grown into one of AGS’ leading table game offerings. Unlike traditional table game progressives that operate independently, the system links table games to a shared jackpot meter, allowing prizes to grow more rapidly across an entire casino floor.
The platform has now surpassed 1,000 installations in retail casinos across the United States and has also produced multiple seven-figure jackpot winners in recent years, helping establish it as one of AGS’ best-known table game offerings.
Founded in 2005, AGS has expanded from a supplier focused largely on land-based casinos into a broader gaming company serving both retail and online operators. Its portfolio now includes a growing collection of online casino games as it continues to invest in digital gaming.
Shared jackpot topped six figures within one month
The online rollout has already generated a sizeable progressive prize. AGS said the shared jackpot exceeded six figures within the first month after launch on BetRivers, suggesting strong early player participation.
Rush Street Interactive CEO Richard Schwartz said the launch reflects the company’s focus on expanding player options across its online casino offering.
The exclusive agreement gives Rush Street Interactive a notable addition to its online casino portfolio at a time when operators are competing increasingly through exclusive content and proprietary game releases.
Years of collaboration built on encouraging player engagement
The launch, announced in an AGS press release, extends a partnership that has produced several joint initiatives between AGS and Rush Street Interactive over the years.
Zoe Ebling, vice president of interactive at AGS, said the companies have worked closely on bringing new products to market, adding that the online debut of Bonus Spin Xtreme reflects AGS’ broader strategy of connecting retail and digital casino experiences through products designed to encourage player engagement.
The move comes as suppliers continue investing in online table games with features traditionally associated with online slots, including progressive jackpots, bonus wheels, and shared prize pools.
