bet365 is one of eight mobile sportsbooks in Missouri that hold a temporary operator license, allowing them to go live for the Show Me State’s Dec. 1 launch. Missouri will become the 16th state where bet365 offers sports wagering.

Missouri sports betting: launch timeline, rules and operator lineup
Missourians have waited a long time for sports wagering. After lawmakers clashed for years over legalization, the issue finally went to voters as a constitutional amendment in late 2024. It passed by fewer than 10,000 votes, a slim margin given that nearly 3 million people cast ballots.
Since the vote, the Missouri Gaming Commission has led preparations for launch day. The commission opened the operator and supplier application window earlier this year and received submissions from major operators, including FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, and bet365.
When sports betting launches in December, bet365 is expected to join the following mobile operators:

- Caesars Sportsbook
- Circa Sports
- DraftKings
- Fanatics Sportsbook
- FanDuel
- Penn Sports Interactive
Bettors who are at least 21 and located within state lines will be able to place sports wagers through bet365 and other Missouri online sportsbooks.
