Player preferences varied widely across bet365’s largest online casino markets in September, with no single game dominating globally, according to the operator’s latest Gaming Insights and Performance report, published on Releasd.
The report covers more than 7,500 games across 20 markets, excluding table and live games. New Jersey and Pennsylvania recorded major leaderboard shake-ups, while Michigan and the U.K. retained their top-ranked titles.
West Virginia also received its first leaderboard following bet365’s Aug. 27 launch.

US online casino markets see leaderboard shake-ups
In the New Jersey online casino market, “Piggy Payouts Bank Buster LuckyTap” climbed 11 places to first, overtaking “Cash Eruption High Stakes.” “Jin Ji Bao Xi – Endless Treasure” surged 41 places to fourth, while three new titles entered the top 10.
The Pennsylvania online casino market saw an even bigger shake-up as “Parthenon: Quest for Immortality” jumped 23 places to first. “Capital Gains” rose four places to second, followed by “Cash Eruption.” Two Huff N’ Even More Puff titles also cracked the top 10.
Michigan’s “Hypernova Megaways” retained first place, while newcomer “R.I.P. City” debuted second. “Cash Eruption” remained third, and “Dancing Drums Tower” climbed 26 places to fourth.
In West Virginia, “Hypernova Megaways” topped the inaugural rankings, followed by “Jimi Hendrix” and “Extra Chilli.” Two Cash Eruption titles rounded out the top five.
West Virginia became bet365’s fourth regulated US online casino market, joining New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Its launch also introduced Jackpot365 and Daily Prize Matcher.
Canada and UK reveal contrasting slot trends
Canada’s real-money slot leaderboard saw considerable movement, with “Area Link Phoenix Firestorm” reclaiming first. “Amazing Link Zeus” climbed to second, while “Amazing Link Zeus Boost” surged 35 places to third.
Ontario’s “Leprechaun’s Luck: Cash Collect” jumped 46 places to third, behind “Area Link Phoenix Firestorm” and “Capital Gains.” In Alberta, “Amazing Link Zeus” claimed first, while “Rise of Olympus 100” climbed 29 places to second.
The U.K. remained steadier. “Gold Cash Freespins” retained first, “Pirots 5” climbed 10 places to second, and “Starburst” returned to the top five.
Regional preferences shape global rankings
“Pirots 5” also topped Spain’s rankings, climbing three places. Greece’s “Mighty Hot Wilds” moved into first, while Germany’s “Legacy of Dead” maintained its lead.
Book-style online casino games remained particularly popular in Germany, accounting for five top-10 titles.
bet365 said preferences vary “from country-to-country, with certain suppliers and game types preferred by bet365 customers.”
Rankings combine revenue, stakes, sessions and engagement. Although no single title dominated every market, suppliers included:

Jackpot365 surpasses $159 million in payouts
bet365’s multi-tier progressive jackpot feature, Jackpot365, awarded more than 32,200 wins totaling $17.9 million globally in September.
Since launching in December 2025, the feature has distributed more than $159.4 million across over 268,000 wins.
West Virginia online casino players contributed 203 wins worth nearly $33,000 during its first full month.
Jackpot365 operates alongside eligible casino games and within the sportsbook bet slip. Participation is optional, does not affect base-game outcomes and can be enabled or disabled at any time.
bet365 expands casino portfolio with new games
bet365 Casino strengthened its existing Hacksaw Gaming partnership in Spain, expanding the supplier’s casino content available to Spanish players.
The operator also introduced G Games’ multiplayer slot “99 Royale,” allowing up to 99 players to compete simultaneously in real-time sessions.
Helen Walton, G Games’ chief commercial officer, described bet365 as “the perfect customer for 99 Royale,” citing its innovation-focused approach.
Clement Le Scanff, bet365’s head of gaming, called the release “a genuine step-change” in bringing multiplayer competition to slots.
bet365 earns UK casino app recognition
bet365 was named the U.K.’s best casino app in Eilers & Krejcik Gaming’s 1H26 Product Analysis Testing.
The recognition highlights the operator’s user experience, game selection and innovation, following its recent “We Know Betting” rebrand.
bet365 plans to continue publishing monthly gaming leaderboards, providing insight into evolving online casino preferences across regulated markets.
