State of Play’s TL;DR
- BetMGM Casino was named one of America’s most trusted online casino brands in BrandSpark’s 2026 study.
- It shared the top spot with DraftKings and FanDuel.
BetMGM Casino tied with DraftKings Casino and FanDuel Casino for the top online casino honor in the 2026 BrandSpark Most Trusted Awards.
The recognition was based on a broad US consumer trust study and gives another snapshot of how major regulated operators are viewed by players.
BetMGM said the award reflects consumer confidence in areas such as quality, reliability, dependable payouts, and platform credibility. For a U.S. online casino market where trust and security remain central, the result puts three of the sector’s biggest brands on equal footing in this category.
More than 35,000 surveyed
According to the company announcement carried by Yardbarker, the award is based on BrandSpark’s American Trust Study, presented in partnership with Newsweek. BrandSpark said its researchers surveyed 35,215 US shoppers and compiled 182,000 brand evaluations across 359 categories. The totals cited were for the full study, not only the online casino segment.
BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt said the recognition aligned with the company’s emphasis on the regulated market.
“In an industry where fairness and security are top of mind for our players, trust is the foundation of everything we do.”
DraftKings, FanDuel, and BetMGM are all prominent names in regulated online gambling, and a shared top finish suggests that consumer trust remains a competitive battleground alongside game selection and promotions.
BetMGM said its casino offering includes more than 7,000 titles across North American markets, plus a state-by-state exclusive progressive jackpot network with more than 25 games. Titles mentioned in the announcement included MGM Grand Millions, Bison Fury, and 15 Lanterns.
Players on the platform can also earn BetMGM Rewards Points and Tier Credits through casino play, a reminder that operators continue to pair trust messaging with broader customer-retention tools.
The company also pointed to prior recognition from SBC, EGR, and the American Gambling Awards.
