BetMGM has opened its WNBA Swish-Stakes sweepstakes, giving eligible customers a chance to win two tickets to Game 2 of the WNBA Finals plus $2,000 in withdrawable funds for travel and lodging. The promotion runs from Aug. 24 through Sept. 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
There are two grand prize packages available, with each package including:
- Two tickets to WNBA Finals Game 2
- $2,000 in withdrawable funds
The exact date, time and location of Game 2 will be determined by the WNBA and provided to winners when available.
Customers can earn entries through BetMGM’s Sportsbook, its online casino in select states or an alternative email entry method. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the sweepstakes.
BetMGM Swish-Stakes entry requirements
There are three ways eligible participants can enter the WNBA Swish-Stakes: through BetMGM Sportsbook, BetMGM Online Casino or email.
Online Casino
Players physically located in Michigan, New Jersey or Pennsylvania can also enter through BetMGM Online Casino.
After opting in to the promotion, eligible customers can earn entries by placing cumulative wagers on two qualifying games: WNBA Gold and NBA Gold. The same wagering tiers apply: $10 in cumulative wagers earns 1 entry, and $250 earns the maximum of 25 entries.
Casino wagers must be received during the promotional period to qualify.
Sportsbook
To enter through the sportsbook, customers must log in to an active, identity-verified BetMGM account and opt into the sweepstakes through the Promotions section.
After opting in, customers can earn one entry by making at least $10 in cumulative qualifying wagers. Sportsbook wagers must have minimum odds of -200 to qualify. Any sports market is eligible.
Participants can earn additional entries by reaching higher cumulative wagering tiers during the promotional period:
- $10 in cumulative wagers: One entry
- $20 in cumulative wagers: Two entries
- $50 in cumulative wagers: Five entries
- $100 in cumulative wagers: 10 entries
- $250 in cumulative wagers: 25 entries
Participants are limited to 25 entries throughout the sweepstakes, regardless of the entry method used.
Customers can also enter without making a deposit or wager by using BetMGM’s alternative email entry method.
Participants must submit their full name, street address, city, state and ZIP code, along with daytime and evening telephone numbers, including area codes, and their BetMGM account user ID.
Entries should be emailed to BetMGMSweepstakes@BetMGM.com with the subject line “Legendary Experiences: WNBA Finals Sweepstakes.” Each properly submitted email counts as one entry.
Participants can submit up to 25 separate emails to reach the maximum of 25 entries. Email entries must be received during the promotional period, and an entry is considered received when BetMGM’s servers record the submission.
BetMGM WNBA Swish-Stakes wagering tiers
BetMGM’s sweepstakes uses five cumulative wagering tiers. Customers earn one entry for every $10 wagered at the minimum tier, with a maximum of 25 entries available after reaching $250 in qualifying wagers.

The 25-entry limit applies across all entry methods, meaning participants cannot earn 25 entries through wagering and then earn additional entries by email.
Who can enter BetMGM’s WNBA sweepstakes?
The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 US states and D.C. who are at least 21 years old. However, participants entering through the wagering method must be physically located in one of the following jurisdictions:
Arizona, Colorado, D.C., Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia or Wyoming.
New York, Nevada and Puerto Rico are excluded. The casino entry method is available only to otherwise eligible participants physically located in Michigan, New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
Participants must have an active, KYC-verified BetMGM account. Additional eligibility restrictions apply under the official terms and conditions.
Two winners will be selected after sweepstakes ends
BetMGM will hold a random drawing at least one day after the promotional period ends Sept. 6. Two potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries and notified by email and/or telephone.
Potential winners must respond within five business days of BetMGM’s notification attempt and continue to satisfy all eligibility requirements before a prize is officially awarded.
Each grand prize package has an estimated retail value of $5,000. Participants should also note that eligible wagers no longer qualify if they are cashed out, edited or canceled.
