Caesars Entertainment has expanded its lineup of proprietary online casino games with the launch of Ball Rush Jackpots, a new ball-and-peg title developed by its in-house game studio, Empire Creative. New Jersey players can now access the game through Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, Caesars Palace Online Casino and Horseshoe Online Casino.

Caesars said it expects Ball Rush Jackpots to launch in additional regulated online casino markets once it secures the required regulatory approvals. The title is Empire Creative‘s second proprietary online casino release, following the studio’s debut game, Ca$hline, earlier this year.

Ball-drop gameplay with customizable controls

Ball Rush Jackpots is built around a familiar ball-drop format: Players release balls onto a peg-filled board, where they bounce randomly into prize buckets. Every ball follows its own path, creating a different outcome with each drop while offering chances to collect feature symbols, unlock bonus rounds and pursue jackpots.

The gameplay draws on the classic arcade-style concept, but Empire Creative added several interactive features that give players more control over each session.

“Ball Rush Jackpots delivers a different kind of casino experience for our players, combining easy-to-understand gameplay with meaningful customization, exciting bonus opportunities and jackpot potential,” said Matthew Sunderland, senior vice president and chief iGaming officer at Caesars Digital.

Before each round, players can customize their experience by choosing each ball’s value, how many balls to drop, and a peg-board configuration ranging from 11 to 14 rows.

Each layout changes how balls travel across the board, letting players tailor both the pace of play and their preferred level of risk — appealing to casual players seeking longer, lower-stakes sessions as well as those who want faster gameplay and bigger wagers.

Bonus features add more ways to win

Ball Rush Jackpots includes two primary bonus features:

  • Re-Drop Bonus: Collected balls return for an additional feature round, where they can pass through multiplier gates worth up to 8 times their original value.
  • Jackpot Drop Bonus: Triggered after players collect jackpot balls, guaranteeing that every ball in the feature lands in a jackpot bucket.

New Jersey online casino players can also compete for five jackpot tiers — Mini, Minor, Major, Mega and Grand — each with different payout levels and hit frequencies.

A separate feature, Fast Forward, lets players temporarily speed up gameplay by pressing and holding a control button, making it easier to move through rounds without changing the game’s underlying mechanics.

“Our goal with Ball Rush Jackpots was to build something that’s immediately familiar but offers a fresh experience every time players launch the game,” said Scott Krell, senior director of game products and head of studio at Caesars Digital in a press release.

Growing Caesars’ proprietary online casino games library

Ball Rush Jackpots adds to Caesars’ growing proprietary online casino games portfolio, which includes titles from Empire Creative and the company’s Signature series of online table games — Signature Blackjack, Signature American Roulette and Signature Baccarat.

Building more games in-house gives Caesars greater control over game design, promotional features and future updates while reducing its reliance on third-party content providers.

Caesars has not said what Empire Creative’s next title will be, though the company said it plans to keep expanding its proprietary game portfolio.

Available across Caesars’ NJ online casino platforms

Ball Rush Jackpots is available on desktop, iOS and Android devices through Caesars’ three real-money online casino brands in New Jersey. Eligible US players can also earn Caesars Rewards Credits while playing through the company’s integrated loyalty program.

Caesars has not confirmed which regulated jurisdictions will receive Ball Rush Jackpots next, saying future launches will depend on approvals from individual state gaming regulators.

The launch aligns with Caesars’ long-standing responsible gaming initiatives. The company introduced Project 21 in 1989, becoming the first commercial casino operator to establish a formal responsible gaming program. Today, its digital platforms provide personalized responsible gaming tools, educational resources and player alerts, and access to its online casino products remains restricted to those 21 and older.
